The Decoded AI name, logo, and all associated branding, software, and content are the property of Decoded AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any documents you upload to the Service. By uploading documents, you grant Decoded AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process those documents solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Decoded AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall Decoded AI's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to Decoded AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or fifty dollars ($50.00), whichever is greater.
