When you use Decoded AI to analyze documents, you may upload images, PDFs, or other files containing personal or sensitive information. We process these documents to provide our analysis service.

Decoded AI is designed with privacy in mind. Uploaded documents are not stored permanently. Documents are processed in real time to generate your analysis results. Once processing is complete, the original uploaded files are deleted from our servers. We retain the AI-generated summaries and extracted data associated with your account so you can access your scan history, but the original document files are not kept.
Decoded AI uses Google Gemini AI to process and analyze your uploaded documents. When you submit a document for analysis, its contents are sent to Google Gemini's API for processing. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing Google's privacy practices for more information on how they handle data processed through their AI services.
We use Google OAuth for authentication. When you sign in, Google shares limited profile information with us as described in Section 2.1. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Decoded AI is hosted on Vercel. Your data may be processed and stored on servers operated by our hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers maintain their own privacy and security practices.
Decoded AI uses essential cookies to manage your authentication session and maintain your logged-in state. These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. If this changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and notify you accordingly.
